1General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the jillibd platform (website and mobile app). "jillibd", "we", and "platform" refer to https://jillibd.biz and all associated services. "User" and "you" refer to any visitor, registered or unregistered, on the platform.

Jillibd is an online gaming and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers casino games, Sports Betting, lottery, fishing games, and a range of other gaming services.

• Jillibd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on jillibd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

During registration, you are required to accurately provide the following details: full name, mobile number, date of birth, and preferred payment method. This information is used during identity verification.

• Each person may hold one account only — multiple accounts linked to the same device, IP address, or payment method may all be suspended.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• Transferring or lending your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to support immediately.

3Age Verification & Adult Eligibility

Jillibd is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. jillibd reserves the right to request a copy of your National ID or passport for age verification at any time.

If a user is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

• Providing an accurate date of birth during registration is mandatory.
• Parents and guardians should use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing this platform.
• If requested for age verification, documents must be submitted within 72 hours.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

Jillibd currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the daily maximum is ৳50,000. These limits are subject to change.

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes. jillibd does not pay interest on any deposit. Deposits are non-refundable once processed — however, if a deposit fails to reach your account due to a technical issue, please contact support.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name only.
• Any transaction made using a third-party payment method will be cancelled.

5Withdrawal Policy & Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–24 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a mandatory requirement for anti-money laundering compliance.

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳1,00,000.
• If fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be put on hold pending investigation.
• An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jillibd offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and voucher codes. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

To withdraw a bonus, you must first wager a specified amount. Typically, a bonus becomes withdrawable after betting between 5 to 15 times the bonus amount.

• The same bonus cannot be used more than once on a single account.
• If wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Accounts found to be abusing bonuses (bonus hunting, arbitrage) may be suspended.

7Gaming Rules & Fair Play

For Sports Betting, jillibd uses third-party odds providers. Odds are subject to change, and the odds at the time a bet is placed will be considered final.

• Jillibd reserves the right to void any odds or results that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game, the last recorded server state will be considered final.
• If you encounter a bug or error in any game, please notify support immediately.
• Attempting to exploit errors or glitches for personal gain is a punishable offence.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jillibd platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false identity or incorrect information.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Bonus hunting or arbitrage betting.
• Use of funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Jillibd reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and for any reason — particularly in cases of prohibited activity, Terms violations, or suspicious behavior.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed; however, any active bonuses may be forfeited.

• Balances on accounts closed due to Terms violations may not be refunded.
• Suspended accounts can be appealed by contacting our support team.
• An admin fee may apply to accounts inactive for more than 6 months.

10Responsible Gaming
